National ECYD-RC High School Girls Convention
Come to the ECYD/RC Girls High School National Convention where we bring together ECYD and RC members from all over the United States and Canada to go deeper into their Faith, encounter Christ and one another, grow in formation, share fun experiences, form lasting friendships, inflame their love of faith and mission, and live as bold apostles in this era our Lord has created them for!
Convention experiences include Dynamic courses, Daily Mass and Prayer, Spiritual Mentoring, Fun and Unique Afternoon Activities, Adoration, Confession, Incredible Night Activities, Half day retreat, Team building, Discussions, Mission Day, sight-seeing, and just loads of fun and friendship!
Who: Current 9th -12th grade High School Girls (As of Summer 2024: rising 10th-recently graduated 12th)
Dates: July 21 - 27, 2024
Location: Atlanta, Georgia @ Georgia Tech University
Convention Fees:
- Participants: $950
- Adult Chaperone: $450
- ECYD Mission Corps Summer 2024: $750
- Application Deposit: A $150 non-refundable deposit must be paid to be considered for attending this convention
- Final Payment balance due by July 1, 2024
If you plan to fly to Atlanta and would like to be picked up from the airport, please note the following:
- Flight must arrive at Hartsfield - Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
- Flight Arrival: between 12 pm and 4 pm on July 21st
- Flight Departure: after 11 am on July 27th
- Arrival/departure outside of these times may be possible but you must contact Brittany Tobar-Hanavan before booking.
- Please be aware that participants may have to wait for some time in the airport to facilitate group pick-up and departure.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: CREATE ACCOUNT / LOGIN - You must create an account and login to view and complete the online application forms below.
STEP 2: COMPLETE REGISTRATION AND PAY DEPOSIT - Complete the online registration forms, and pay the non-refundable $150 deposit online via debit card, credit card, or PayPal. (Your registration will not be considered until the deposit is paid.)
STEP 3: CONFIRMATION - You will receive a response to your registration within 1-2 weeks to confirm your spot!
STEP 4. COMPLETE REGISTRATION FEE - You will receive a link to go back into your account to update your travel information and to pay the remaining balance of the registration fee.
